1. DONT CHOOSE THIS AGENCY!!!! The two agents kicked us out of the house earlier than we had agreed to leave, this led us to not be able to properly clear all our belongings from the premises. Therefore we deduced that this was done on purpose to charge us extra fee from our deposit. 2. These people are extremely money hungry which is unfortunate because they pray on students that are only trying to get an accommodation to complete their academic year. Such as charging adding hidden fees in the deposit such as WiFi even though it was never agreed that we pay for WiFi in the contract. 3. The landlord didn’t live in the UK which made it very hard to resolve issues and the company was very reluctant to give us his details which is because it is illegal for landlords to own property if they are not in the UK
