NH is an absolutely decrepit agency with no morals and values for their current tenants whilst prioritising their new ones. I would be here writing this for several light years when talking about the issues with our house going from radiators falling on the floor to suitcase with essential life document be taken by cleaners and given to random people on the street. The landlord and agency don’t communicate at all. And our landlord was living in China so he wasn’t helpful at all - not to mention that owning homes and renting properties in the UK whilst not being a resident is ILLEGAL. Was left days without gas because the landlord was away and couldn’t contact Scottish Power for us. Also was very passive aggressive when we moved out, making us rush within the hour for new tenants that were “moving in tonight” but not didn’t come until several days later. Students please take your services elsewhere and don’t waste your time and money on this nonsense ageny
