He came over on time to view the property and immediately identified what we did and did not need to do. He wasn't pushy or salesy at all, which we really appreciated. His knowledge of what was legally required and how to go about ensuring it was all complete was very good. He then sent a quote for all work to be done within a day and then just got on and did it! Incredibly efficient property management and helped massively reduce our workload, which was important because we were not in the area to be more hands-on. Used Belvoir to rent my property out when I was away with work. It was a little over a year. They were great. They did inspections regularly and selected the correct tenants for me. The tenants respected my property however I had mistakenly said all was well and to give back deposit only to find my bath plug was broken not half hour later. Called them, they send a plumber immediately to fix the bath plug at no expense to myself. It was my mistake and they didn't have to do that, they will give that but extra on customer services that I feel many wouldn't. Thanks, highly recommended

been Tennant's of Belvoir a year now and really appreciate their service. it's clear they always strive to do their best for your well being. Case in point our oven broke and after a post on the fixflo site they sent someone out to fix it as soon as they could. the contractor they sent was great and we now have hot meals again thanks guys

My property needed a significant amount of work to get it up to scratch for renting out - Richard organised all of the quotes, oversaw the work and had the property rented out, all within 2 months. Communication has been timely and relevant; as someone who is living overseas, I have the utmost confidence that my property will be well looked after and that compliance issues will be taken care of. I should note that I have used two other Northampton letting agents in the past, and been dismayed by their service - Belvoir Northampton have surpassed my expectations.
