Matthew was highly knowledgeable, approachable and professional in showing the property and answering all queries. He was a thorough professional when facilitating negotiations with the vendor. Once the sale was agreed, Chloe stepped in to support the exchange and completion process. Chloe clearly comes with huge experience behind her and she was the key contact between myself and the vendor. Chloe was also great at communicating with both sides of the solicitors which meant that things kept moving smoothly. When there were issues, Chloe was clear in her communication, picked up the phone and spoke to understand the situation and offer solutions and facilitated a positive environment for my purchase. The standards of service from arranging the viewing (thanks Claire) to the first and second viewing and price negotiation (thanks Matthew) to completing the sale (thanks Chloe) was simply exceptional. I have no hesitation in recommending their services and will seek to use them again in my future purchase and sales. Highly recommended.
