When we get a negative review, if we've got something wrong - as all businesses sometimes do - I try and be open and honest about it. However when a review is simply untrue, as the business owner I reserve the right to offer a robust defence. Your partner booked to VIEW a rental property with us. We then sought to delay that viewing by 24 hours, as we could not gain access to the property at the time originally requested. You proceeded online and left your review. At no point did we agree to MOVE YOU IN to anything - why would we when you hadn't seen it, and we hadn't met you? It is a shame that I can't post pictures in this reply, as I'd quite happily screenshot the email exchanges between your partner and ourselves for all to see. Your review, quite simply, is the stuff of fantasy.
