Rented with Belvoir for little over 10 years and the service was incredible. Any concerns we raised were managed and handled professionally and in a very timely manner. When carrying out periodic property reviews they gave much more than the required 24 hours notice and worked with you if the day didn't suit (obviously within reason). The move in process was extremely smooth and helped us significantly when my wife was heavily pregnant, the move out process was just as smooth and as said before the communication from all members of staff was exemplary and reassuring throughout
