Trish was quick to market the properties, was organised in gaining tenants, offered us a check in procedure and was there for us for any ad-hoc advice that was required, given that we were new landlords. We have used Trish several times since 2011 whilst we expanded our portfolio, and will require her services in the next month. Her adverts are eye catching and concise. Our tenants have commented on how helpful and approachable she has been. I have recommended Trish to family and friends; she is reliable, efficient and professional, and we would not use any other agent now.
