We had met with a number of estate agents before we decided to instruct Khilan at EweMove. It was the best decision in our flat selling process. Khilan was wholly professional from the get go. He took the time to speak with us and agree an asking price that we were both happy with and also that Khilan felt was achievable. Then he came over himself and helped us set up the flat to take fantastic professional photographs. A number of viewings later, Khilan got us a viable offer from a first time buyer. He was always on hand to deal with any road bumps during the conveyancing process and held the hand of the first time buyer when necessary. Khilan never tries a “hard sell” and made dealing with any queries less stressful. Overall, we would highly recommend Khilan to anyone selling a property - he didn’t just push the sale through so he could get his commission, we felt as though he wanted a fair deal for both sides. Compared to other estate agents, Khilan was a breath of fresh air!
