The probability as you are reading this review is you are either, selling, buying, renting, or letting a property and unsure as we were as to what to do putting your house on the market and more importantly which estate agent to put your trust with. We decided to get three quotes for selling our properties, we obtained quotes with two of the larger well known high street Estate Agents, and then opted for a local estate agent as we felt the latter would have a more in-depth knowledge of the area. We decided to go with New Oak Estates, and from the initially meeting, Paul and Sharon were so professional, extremely knowledgeable, and more importantly as we were selling two properties in different areas so willing to go the extra mile, our sales were complex and difficult with two chains to manage Sharon was absolutely amazing and a credit to New Oak Estates, a remarkable individual very amicable, approachable, so easy to talk to. We were updated weekly throughout the process and any questions answered in a timely manner, we received guidance, help and assistance throughout which for us being pensioners and selling a property was daunting , we can never thank Paul and Sharon enough for completing our sales and would highly recommend New Oak Estates to anyone wishing to use their services.
