Hi Bosko. We sincerely welcome genuine feedback from clients that have used our services. Feedback that will enable us to learn and help provide a better service going forward. However, your review has neither substance nor integrity. You have not used our services in any capacity. We do understand that you are a confidant and an advisor to many and therefore maybe writing on their behalf, but you do so only having heard half of a story. We understand that we have declined a property viewing to a person that you may know, but we did this with good reason and honesty. We understand that a tenancy has ended for someone that you may know but this too was with good reason and honesty.
