Hi Sam. We are really sorry that you recent experience has left you feeling this way. To clarify the previously stated, the property that you were interested in took numerous viewings and seven offers over one weekend. All offers were submitted to both the vendor and the shared ownership company. The seller chose who they wanted to sell to and the shared ownership company added their input too. At no point was a decision made by us. We agree, that no request had been made for further documentation. The shared ownership company advised us to accept another offer. The fact that another individual had in fact taken the decision to provide additional information was seen by the shared ownership company as an advantage but not he whole reason to accept. Unfortunately the sellers can only sell to one person and on this occasion six people were unsuccessful in acquiring the property and numerous people did not get the chance to view.
