If she doesn't get Agent of the year then there is no justice in the world. Straight to the point, pulled no punches and got the job done. Not only did she sort everything on the sale side (of which there was a hell of a lot!!) but also went out of her way to resolve various issues on our purchase (which was with a different agency), even whilst laid-up off work sick.
