Connor and his team at Ewe Move in Barnstaple came recommended by Gibbs Property Management to sell our apartment. In general apartments take longer to sell than houses and Ewe Move did an excellent job in marketing our apartment both unfurnished and with virtual furniture. This latter feature was a good plus point for us as the seller and for prospective buyers. Throughout the marketing process the Ewe Move team where faultless and they professionally guided us through price point shifts to match a changing and difficult housing market period and property sales where challenging. When we eventually sold our apartment subject to contract, both us as sellers, and our buyer got a fair price that reflected market conditions. So Ewe Move managed this sale very effectively. We had a bumpy ride with our sales process to exchange due to factors further down the chain and out of our control. Despite these frustrations and issues, Connor handled this delicate and tricky process extremely well, liaising with all Parties effortlessly - this was very much appreciated by us as the seller and our buyer too. When we visited Ewe Move’s office in Barnstaple, the whole team were friendly, approachable, engaging and professional. So, I highly recommend Connor and his team at Ewe Move

We used Ewemove to sell our property. They were very efficient and always gave good feedback from each viewing. The wattsapp group meant you could always get in touch with someone and were always updated. All the staff were great but especially Katie who we dealt with all the way through. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great company! Their sales negotiator Tom Pate knows his stuff! We were advised well on price and kept informed all through the process. The photography work was amazing, including drone pictures and sales videos, plus their use of social media really got our property out there. A very enthusiastic and positive company to deal with. I can see why they’ve won awards.

I had a number of viewings lined up in Bideford, and on the morning of the visits I saw one more i wanted to look at. I rang the estate agent and explained id driven from Basingstoke to Bideford, and was only there that day, would they be able to squeeze me in at short notice. Tom was very affable, rang me back and arranged to see me at the very end of his day, which I really appreciated, it saved me another 300 mile round trip When I met Tom at the property he was really well informed, made a great connection and understood what I was looking for. I made an offer and within an hour he rang me, having negotiated a price that bith myself and the vendor were happy with. In the following 24 hours he has made sure I have all the information I needed, advised me on next steps, and I really feel I could pick up the phone and ask him anything without it being too much trouble. I would have no issue recommending both EweMove, and Tom

Huge thanks to Connor and all of the Ewemove team, they helped take brilliant photos of the property, were honest throughout the process, listened to all of our requests and expertly handled some tricky moments in the process (buyer pulling out etc.) I would highly recommend listing with ewemove, best estate agent I’ve dealt with in North Devon!
