Well I wouldn’t believe it if it hadn’t happened to me. Sold in 6 weeks! Tom from EweMove Barnstaple office was exceptional. Initially I wasn’t going to sign up to them, I’d had another agent in mind. Tom Pate called me and after a conversation in the evening, outside of office hours he convinced me that he would do his upmost to sell the property without raising my expectations. Tom explained the cost and the process. I had a couple of viewings before the property was advertised. Tom knows his clients and potential buyers and what they are looking for. After a week of being on the open market an offer came in. This was agreed and Tom recommended solicitors. Everything happened seamlessly.
