We are very pleased that we chose Ewemove to sell our property. The previous year we had put our property on the market with another estate agent but we didn't get much interest. We were bombarded with letters from local estate agents promising to sell it for us. However, Khilan from Ewemove went the extra mile by popping a little parcel through our letter box. The parcel contained a book on how to sell your property, some chocolate and some tea bags. We thought it was a nice gesture and we decided to choose him for that reason. When we contacted Khilan in March, he assured us that he would be able to sell our property quickly. Early April the property was on the market and he arranged an open house for the first weekend. There was a lot of interest and one buyer in particular was prepared to pay well over the asking price. Six weeks into the process they ran into difficulties and pulled out. Ouali and Khilah were very supporting and attending during the whole process of buying my property. They were very professional with great interpersonal skills. The whole experience was very smooth and even when the bank delayed my mortgage approval for silly reasons they hold their stance and negotiated with the seller to keep me as buyer and not put it back on the market.
