On top of this he achieved £15k over the listed price and £5k more than my expectations. Essentially this paid his fee for free and gave me the full amount I had expected it to sell for! The industry leading service didn’t end there. There were many complications during the conveyancing and Ouali was there mediating between both parties and kept things moving at all times, right through to exchange. Again, another service which is rare to find. Without his support and encouragement I’m not sure I would have gotten through it! In my honest opinion, don’t waste your time with the big name high street agents. I’ve worked with Khilan for a couple of years now. He’s twice rented out my flat in very quick time for a great pcm figure given the current market and following two successful rentals, I have just sold it via Khilan too. It would be very easy to stop writing here but that doesn’t do Khilan’s efforts justice. In what is an incredibly tough market in certain pockets of London, my flat ended up only really being suitable for a buy to let investor and Khilan delivered exactly that, secured a great price and managed the process impeccably from start to finish. The main differentiator with Khilan is he actually delivers every step of the way. Others I’ve dealt with tell you one thing when trying to win the business but simply don’t have the skill set to see things through once the contract is signed. Khilan was an exceptional professional and his commitment to always addressing our queries and providing access to multiple viewings was fantastic. He was always very transparent and was incredibly helpful in dealing with both parties’ solicitors to get the deal across the line (which at some point had hit a stumbling block due lack of communication from the sellers’ solicitor). Not your usual estate agent at all! Ouali was our main point of contact throughout but we also met Khilan and Alfie. Initial appointment took place within 48 hours of making contact. Ouali came equipped with a report summarising local sales data and clearly set out three pricing strategies with pros and cons of each - a far cry from the other agents that we had invited to pitch for their services. We decided to appoint Ouali that evening - within 48 hours, we were listed online on all the usual sites with some great pics and a video and already had 6-7 viewings booked. The following weekend, Ouali and Khilan hosted an open day with 20+ viewings and two days after that, we had agreed a sale at a price that we were happy with. We were blown away by the whole process. Ouali was our single point of contact throughout and was available whenever we needed him. He was there with us on completion day, even offering to help out with the removals and final tidying the house pre-handover of keys! Individually and as a team, they were friendly, diligent and had so much integrity in everything they did.
