We are in the process of looking for a property in Norfolk in order to relocate. We were due to leave the area but spotted a property on the Belvoir! site at the last minute. Not thinking they would be able to show us around at such short notice we were surprised when Kevin Lopes returned our call and agreed to meet us at the property at 10.15 that very morning (not in 2+ days time, which had been our experience with some agents). Kevin could not have been more helpful showing us around, he had obviously done his homework regarding the property (as the vendor was not available that morning) and anything he was not sure about he promised to get back to us with the answers (which he did that afternoon). He was a most likeable young man, very courteous and respectful, and us being 'old school' is something we warmed to. A most pleasant and reassuring experience. Well done Belvoir!

A few years ago we embarked on our first buy to let property. We considered buying a new build locally, but before we committed ourselves to the purchase we contacted Patsy, who subsequently met us at the property. From that moment we have nothing but praise for the way Patsy and the team she has assembled has helped, advised and supported us over the last 4 year's. Even offering words of advice and encouragement on the purchase and management of another property that we subsequently managed ourselves. For us this was going above and beyond, a small thing but this reassured us we had found the right management company. Belvoir - the only estate agent for the job!! Having dealt with many ???property experts??? over the years, none have gone above and beyond like Belvoir. Astoundingly, when I relayed this to the manager, she simply replied, ???we???re just doing our job.??? But I give credit where credit???s due, and by nothing short of a miracle, both the Watton and Bury St Edmunds offices, coordinated letting out our property and finding our perfect rental home within a matter of weeks. Vitally, communication with all staff has been faultless and dare I say, a pleasure.
