I can only speak as I find and for us using Belvoir at Watton has been a positive experience. They have dealt with the letting of our house for a few years now and as far as I am aware they have treated our tenant with respect and dealt with whatever problems they have had as swiftly as possible. Personally we had a couple of issues when we first started letting through the agency but these were swiftly dealt with and once we were up and running it has been a very positive experience. Everyone makes mistakes but being able to hold your hands up and apologise and put whatever the problem is right swiftly with the minimum of fuss means a lot to us. They are very professional in their handling of all aspects. They are always polite and helpful when we have contacted them. They seem to deal with issues swiftly. Myself and my wife had been renting in Watton with Belvoir being our letting agents for the past 2 and a half years. They have always provided a good, prompt service, quick to reply to emails or answering phone calls regarding all issues and unlike some estate agents we have used in the past they took all maintenance issues seriously and tried to get them rectified as quickly as possible. More recently we have purchased a property through Belvoir and have found the whole experience pretty good, we mostly had contact with Anthony in the Watton branch and he was always keen to check on the progress of purchase and make sure everything was moving along as it should. We would use them again and would recommend either renting or buying through them.

10/10! Our experience was amazing from the first email! They were extremely kind and flexible. Anthony was our main letting agent and he was so informative and answered EVERY question we had(it was a lot of questions). The landlords are so sweet and we're so great to my son, they left us beautiful flowers the day we moved n which just makes us feel so welcome! Moving to a new country can be extremely stressful and they all made it so seamless and comfortable! I can't say enough good things about them. They even gave us these welcome boxes upon move in! We are so excited to continue our relationship with Belvoir and the amazing landlords they represent.
