So I just wanted to come on to highly recommend Paul Leslie and Rachel Watts of Leslie & Co...They are a couple who started their business in lockdown with a dream to do things differently.They created a WA group for us with them so we can reach them even out of hours, they REALLY know the area and their stuff, aren't full of BS, they created a social media campaign for us which saw us being listed as 'property of the week' and lined up all the viewers in one week, resulting in multiple offers. They even helped negotiate our next house down with their agent, persuading them to accept our offer (under asking).So although they charge a little more, I feel we've cancelled out their fee and then some with their help. They are also taking all the stress out of the situation by us leaving it all to them, them being proactive and keeping us up to date with everything without us needing to ask, even when our situation changed, they were nothing but supportive and understanding.In fact they are now looking after our rental property (we decided not to sell it in the end). Moving house is meant to be stressful, but we felt nothing but looked after from start to finish.
