Excellent, Impressive, Professional!
As a new landlord, I popped into RedKey, Newport with a whole host of questions. I met with Samantha who was exceptionally patient in answering all my questions in detail. I was impressed with the prompt follow up action and the speed in which my property was marketed and then let; in the space of a couple of DAYS!!! I couldn't ask for a better first experience as a landlord and would fully recommend RedKey to others!

Great Company to Work With
Delighted with the service and speed from Red Key. They found me a lovely property and moved me in in record time. Lovely to deal with, Becca, Sam and the team are all great. The property is absolutely lovely and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended

Fast and thorough service
Lisa Snooks at Red Key Property Services really went out of her way to help us. We were in a rush to move into a place and Lisa was good enough to arrange a last minute viewing and then speed up our move in date to get us in as soon as possible.

Very helpful throughout

Friendly, Professional and extremely helpful!
After having nothing but grief from my previous estate agents (being left over 2 months with a broken boiler) Lisa Snooks and Red Key took over my property management and within 48 hours we had a boiler repair man out to fix it. Definitely one of the best estate agents I have been with. Extremely helpful and friendly and I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Lisa snook hardworking trustworthy highly responsive

Very friendly,helpful service
Myself and another have recently rented a property from red key. I rang up around 9:30 am and i was put through to Lisa, straight away she was very helpful and managed to get me in for a viewing that afternoon. I arrived at the property and was met by Lisa who was very friendly. She showed me around the house and answered all the questions i had. I explained my situation and that i wanted to be in the property as soon as i could be and within 1 week i was handed the keys with everything sorted for me.

Very friendly and Professional, made the process enjoyable and easy!
Sam was great at making everything feel easy and explained everything we needed to know! Great level of support and care and went a huge way to make getting our first flat a great experience! Would recommend to anyone looking for great quality and service.
