Over priced properties. Chancers with properties that are simply way too over priced.. many of the properties they list end up reduced. This wastes both the sellers and the buyers time. My partner booked a viewing on a property she liked. We met one of the agents called Harrison and he wasn't wearing any socks.. very weird

Over priced for the service you receive. Don't expect any regular contact and to be honest it felt like they were working for our buyers, not for us. We had to do the majority of the chasing and had no contact at all from Harrison once we had an offer. He told us we would have regular contact with him from beginning to end and didn't even so much as a text message from anyone to say good luck in our new property or thank you for using them. We felt that they did not earn the fee they were charging, we wish we had gone with bluestone who were charging half the amount!

We viewed a property with Jess and she was lovely. She left us to it when viewing the property (there is nothing worse than being followed around). However, she was there if we had an questions. Once our offer was accepted we were then put in contact with Julie. In all honesty we didn’t really have much contact with Julie apart from an email/phone call here and there. It then came to completion day, and as I went to pick up our keys there were people sat at their desks and not one person looked up from their desks until I was physically stood in front of them. I told the lady in front of me that I was there to pick up some keys and the lady behind her asked “where for?” And that was it no hello. Nothing. A lady sat on the opposite side of the room with her headphones in then took her headphones out and told me they couldn’t release the keys until 1pm. As it was 12:40pm at that time, I mentioned that we weren’t going straight to the property and she then told the lady I was originally speaking with to release the keys to me. I was then given the keys with a “there you go”. I walked out shocked. I just thought it would of been a different experience picking up keys to your first home. It just shows that as soon as they get the vendors commission, they’ve done their part.

Not very helpful

Arranged to view a property and agents failed to show, i essentially did a 40 mile round trip because they could not locate the keys, messaged me whilst i was at the property. Pretty amateur, asked for petrol to be paid to no avail, waste of time completely, failed to take any ownership of the situation.
