We're just about to move into a house that we purchased through Number One's Newport office, and they were brilliant, from start to finish. Responsive to my communication, proactive support throughout, and always available. James showed me round the property and was excellent at managing the negotiation process, he made everything feel simple and transparent and honest. Yvonne was then our person for managing the sales progression, and she was phenomenal - I've had the misfortune of losing a house sale for want of a good sales progressor, but Yvonne really did make the difference between the sale falling over because of poor communication between solicitors, and us being able to reach an agreement with the vendors.
