I viewed a property with Katie in June, it wasn’t quite right for me. Katie promised to let me know if she had anything else in the area come onto the market, I assumed that would be the last I heard. A week later she contacted me about a new listing... I did a virtual viewing the same day and it was exactly what I was looking for- perfect! Offered the full asking price there and then to get it off the market. Got my keys today... I’m very happy thanks Katie
