I'm aware that Estate Agents are generally not highly thought of but I would say the Number One Estate Agents break the mould. They run a very efficient operation and offer a very reasonable fixed fee for the sale. Cole, the sales and viewings manager was very likeable and knowledgeable, he took great photos and my house was sold within a few weeks for a very acceptable price. Number one also offer a legal/conveyancing liaison service (included in the fixed fee). Helen looked after my sale and put me in contact with really great solicitors. Throughout the conveyancing process she, and the solicitors, kept me right up to date with how things were progressing since she was also in contact with the buyers.
