We have found our tenancy with Dean and Merriebank lettings very positive. They are always at the end of the phone to solve things quickly and answer any queries. I would highly them and their services to anyone.

Dean and Sophie made letting my property very easy. They do all the hard work and worrying so I don't need to. I am so pleased that I found them.

So good at what they do actually there for tenants as well as their landlords. Always on the other end of the phone when you have any issues and always resolve things quickly, have rented with a lot of estate/letting agents... these guys are better than any others i have dealt with. Just moved again and sticking with them, would highly recommend!!

Wow what a service!! Sophie was fantastic in helping my daughter with the electric company so we could sort key meter ! Dean was a star throughout the process ! But the icing on the cake was the fact they called to see if she had settled in ok and all appliances were working and operational ! Oh and they assisted with the storage heaters as not something ive used before !! The service is unbeatable ! Well done , keep it up and we look forward to working with you as a company �

As a lessee, my encounter with Merriebank has been exceedingly distressing. Throughout various apartment inspections, their assessment of the premises has been inconsistent, demanding that I clean areas concealed behind and beneath immovable cupboards. Subsequently, despite investing a substantial sum in professional cleaning services upon vacating the apartment, the condition of the flat failed to align with their standards. Rest assured, I shall abstain from engaging with any properties under the management of Merriebank in the future.
