We were long term renters, just finished a very difficult tenancy and bought our first house, and Merriebank have surpassed all our expectations from start to finish. They have gone above and beyond to help us at every turn, treating us like human beings rather than just tenants, never making us feel like a hindrance for calling or emailing, even when the emails were mounting up (with good reason) and generally being very good people.
