The house itself was unfortunately too small for us, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service we received from the very first phone call through to the viewing today. We’ve been looking at houses and arranging viewings for several months now, and I have to say that Mark was by far the most professional and polite agent we’ve encountered so far. He was a world away from the agents who simply open the door and leave you to look around on your own. Mark was genuinely engaged and enthusiastic. He took the time to tell us the story of the house, knew the answers to all our questions, paid attention to what we were looking for, and really listened to us. That level of care and personal attention is rare, and it makes such a difference to the house-viewing experience. Even though the property wasn’t the right fit for us, we wanted to leave this feedback because Mark’s professionalism and customer service genuinely stood out.
