The portal to report problems is straightforward and they get back to you with a solution very quickly. for general enquiries, portfolio managers were available and replied to my emails without any delay. I really appreciate the help from the team on the day we had an emergency callout for keys as the door latched closed while cleaning the porch. (Mobile and keys inside the house) And a 4-year-old on his own in-house. I was at work 1 hour away and my wife called the team using a neighbour's help. Home finders responded to the call very quickly and let my wife back in the house. They didn't charge me for the callout and everything was done in good faith.
