Dear Louwda, unfortunately we can't find any record of you otherwise the Branch Manager would have liked to talk to you to see how we could help. Perhaps this review was for another agent or Martin & Co Branch. I am sorry if we were busy when you called but calls we can't get to will be transferred to our sister office in Hanley and we do offer the option to leave a message which will always be responded to. Regarding your comment that we only want to make money, it is true that as a business we do need to earn a living but we feel our fees are more than fair the the amount of work we do and we definitely wouldn't make any money if we didn't answer then phone.
