Martin & Co sold our three bedroomed terrace house in May Bank today. The service we've had from Chris, Jayne, Jo and the team has been fantastic. We've been kept informed throughout, they've provided really practical help in resolving some key issues in the building and even taking a totally hands-on approach when it came to cleaning and presentation. All the staff helped us along the way with dealing with solicitors and trying to push the sale forward. They are only a small team so when ever we called, Whoever answered could update us. Just bought a house and the service was great, they answered all my questions, they answer my emails really quick and any questions I had about the property they searched for the answer if they didn’t know it, very friendly and helpful, on completion date they called me to pick up they key immediately after I got the email that everything was completed, very prompt. I recommend them.
