From a Long time Landlord Hearing the news that renting and house sales can now restart, I thought it an opportune time to email to thank you and your staff a) the offer of rent insurance for those landlords who had not already taken it out and b) for all the emails giving detailed information about legal etc changes etc. The offer of rent insurance, though not needed, as you know we already had it in place, seemed to me to be very 'fair' and generous spirited From our point of view the work you do on our behalf linked to our properties has carried on seemlessly. It's as if COVID-19 has not been seen in the North East, though in reality that's absolutely not the case. There must have been a lot of behind the scenes work going on to achieve this and I hope for you, your staff things get back on track so life can return a little more to normal. Some, maybe many, changes that have come about may well stay in place for the foreseeable future, maybe forever, such as more staff working from home.PositiveResponsiveness
