It was a real pleasure to rent a house like this while Durham was studying. The rooms are very spacious, and each room has very sunny Windows. It's also a great location, very close to the centre of Durham, 3 minutes walk away. The neighborhood is so friendly that it's a great place to live. The person in charge of the apartment is a very responsible lady, who is very efficient and patient to deal with problems.
