I was looking for a flat from abroad and not able to travel for a viewing due to the pandemic. So choosing a place seemed daunting. However, Mansons offered a video viewing and readily responded to all my queries. Everyone at Mansons has been very helpful from the moment I contacted them to see if the flat I wanted was still available to the signing of the contract.

Had a really good experience renting through Mansons. The woman who showed my mum and I around the prospective properties was friendly, welcoming and honest. The letting process went smoothly and it was useful to complete the signing online as I was moving from outside of Newcastle and it was difficult for me to get to the office.

We chose Mansons to sell our second home in the centre of Jesmond, on Larkspur Terrace due to their proximity and successful sale of the house next door. The ladies in the office, Deborah in particular, were very helfpul and pleasant. Regular communication and follow up throughout our time with them.

Always very professional

I have used Mansons on a number of occasions and have always found them very business like, but in a friendly manner.. I would not hesitate to use them again when my next property comes up to rent.

Sale of our home 29 Larkspur Terrace in Jesmond

We chose Mansons to sell our second home in the centre of Jesmond, on Larkspur Terrace due to their proximity and successful sale of the house next door. The ladies in the office, Deborah in particular, were very helpful and pleasant. We were in regular communication throughout our time and followed up afterwards.

Excellent communication
