Outstanding service from all who work at Mansons with special credit to Elena. I found them to be extremely efficient, very thorough and of course approachable. Elena was very welcoming from the first time I spoke with her, as were the rest of the team in the office when I went to sign the tenancy. Elena thoroughly explained the letting procedure to me and provided me with constant support via email (and at the end of the telephone if required!). From choosing our property to collecting the keys, Mansons never took their eye off the ball; even informing us the carpets were being cleaned and the painters were in! I recently rented a flat in Jesmond through Mansons. I have only have good things to say. I have had mixed experiences with estate agents in the past where they have had hidden costs included within the agreement, impossible to contact, to mention only a few. Im happy to say Mansons have none of these issues.. I would highly recommend Mansons to anyone looking to either buy or rent, or just to get advice on the property market. A lovely group of people.

Mansons have been handling the letting of our apartment in Beadnell for 3 years now and we couldn't recommend them more highly. They manage all our bookings through Holiday Lettings, dealing with guests efficiently and professionally whilst keeping us fully informed and checking in with us when there are any queries that need our input.
