Mansons was the most professional estate agency we dealt with in the UK so far! The viewing with Jonathan was very informative. He was prepared, could clarify all of our questions we had during the viewing and took his time to show us everything. The assistance through Kirstey afterwards was reliable and professional. I dealt with Nick initially and then Elena. Both were very nice to deal with. It took a while to let the property but Elena was in constant contact all the while and we frequently discussed selling strategies, price points etc. When we did get a tenant she was very thorough and this made the process very easy at my end. Great choice to sell my Gosforth home

My experience buying with Mansons led me to choose them to sell our family home in Gosforth. The house was thoughtfully valued, beautifully photographed and was on the market for just four days before an excellent offer. We had very personal attention from Nick and the team, and Deborah is an excellent person to work with during the sale period, smoothing over potential problems and keeping just the right amount of pressure at all stages to make things run according to schedule. Altogether a very positive experience with exactly the desired outcome.

Excellent Service in a Challenging Time

I was moved out of my home, due to water damage, and needed temporary accomodation.. I found a property I was interested in, and made an enquiry online on Sat/Sun. I was called on Monday and a viewing was arranged that evening; to fit in with my work. Two other places didn’t even contact me after similar enquiries. Mansons made everything very simple. They communicated everything well, were extremely professional, whilst still being “human”. The property had been empty for a week or so, and the boiler had dropped its pressure. I tried with the help of “YouTube” to fix this to no avail. I reported it, and as soon as the office opened they confirmed someone would be out that day; they were and heating sorted.. My experience with many companies over the last few months has been challenging, and I wish more companies worked the way that Mansons do.
