Very fast and efficient

Went to view a flat to rent and liked it. I rang to let them know I liked it and check they would accept my dog. Within 48 hours they had checked with landlord about my dog and all references were back. They emailed me straight away with info on how to pay deposit and what I needed to do next etc and dates were set to sign and collect keys. I've moved a lot and this has been the quickest and most efficient company yet!

Restored faith in Agents

I have had a nightmare dealing many other agents in Newcastle and I was starting to lose all hope. My faith has been restored now after using Mansons. They were recommended by a friend and I wasn't sure I was going to be looked after but I have been. I am so pleased. Alexi was great from the start to finish.

Would definitely recommend

We have started renting a property through mansons this year and so far we have had no problems. Kirsty was very helpful, between helping us choose a property and getting all paperwork sorted. If you are a student looking for a hassle-free year in terms of renting id recommend Mansons 100%!!

Helpful and competent

The Best without doubt!

As a landlord I have used several letting agents in the past. I have always had issues with them. I live overseas and I needed a company to truly be me. To truly look after my hard earned investment as if they meant something. All I can say without prejudice is that Manson’s are clearly market leaders. They are without doubt the best out there. Debbie, Angela, Cindy, Graeme, Gav and Nick are just superb. A boutique firm with a very professional approach. I would recommend Manson’s blindly. They do truly go the extra mile and they are very much value for money. I promise you Manson’s are genuine, honest and care. I have never regretted choosing them.

Excellent service

We chose to go through your agency to find a property and we were looked after by Alexi. He was very helpful and a lovely man to speak to. Not only did he help us with signing for our property and answering any questions we had, but he was also very down to earth and interested in us as individuals, which we thought was brilliant and made us both feel very comfortable.

Superb, professional and friendly service.

Having decided to move and downsize from a 2 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom flat, I was extremely nervous about the issues that I may come across due to my lack of experience of buying and selling properties, but I am so glad that I chose Mansons as they took all of the stress away, Nick, Deborah and the team were very professional, reassuring and friendly throughout the sale of my property and aiding me to purchase a new home for my young daughter and myself, They kept me informed throughout the whole process and I felt that they were very approachable and knowledgeable. I would definitely use this agent again and will certainly recommend them to my family and friends.
