They are advertising a flat to rent ASAP saying its ready to view... Been trying to view this property for a month now. I first Contact them on a Wednesday they said they can let me view the flat that night at 7.30pm I couldn't do that as was unable to get there within the hour they said the next possible time to view it was the following Friday... 9 days I did think that was long but the flat looked lovely. Waited untill the Friday morning for them to email canceling and rearranging for the following week. On the Tuesday at 6pm Tuesday comes and same again but this time they say rearaage for Thursday at 6pm again a massive inconvenience.... Less than 12 hour before the viewing they cancel again... I ring up as I'm frustrated that I've turned properties down while waiting plus just how unprofessional they have been... And all I got was a smug rude woman, who thought she was all high and mighty making excuses for the poor service I've received....terrible service all round

Unbelievably poor letting agents ....I agree with someone else , they seemed to side with the " dodgy " landlords , and ignore the tenants claims.... That indicates to us that they are only interested in getting their money , and not providing a safe and proper rental service for the tenants.. The worst letting agents I have ever had the misfortune to deal with...

After renting a property from them for over 4 years, in my opinion I feel they have lost their integrity since LetIt were taken over. Failure to resolve issues in a timely manner is the least of the issues. I do not reccomend this letting agent. Like others that have posted here I found the staff to be overly aggressive, money grabbing, ill informed and rude. As a landlord myself I would hate to think my tennants had been subjected to this kind of management. Just my opinion but avoid this company at all costs. I completely dispute the response given to this message. To support my argument of lack of integrity the only 5 star rating for this company is from an employee! You choose who you believe. Ok so having been called out staff are admitting to posting as customers a bit misleading. Not to mention their lawyer posing as a customer. Makes you think eh?

Absolutely terrible place. Very unfair and extremely unprofessional. Do not ever take a tenancy out with these. Apparently they are very well known for not returning deposit by lying about property they have inspected after tenant has moved out, obviously we didn't know this untill it happened to my family. My family have been truly upset by what Whitegates have done. Staff also are desperate for training on customer skills and communication skills. So dam rude and that includes the lady that is apparently the manager, just awful people.

Had been renting from them for two years, just promises but no actions, staff very unprofessional.

The worse letting estate agency stay away from them if you can help it. The staffs are so rude and unprofessional
