Cannot overstate how fantastic Rick and the rest of the team were for assisting me with my house purchase. They went above and beyond chasing my solicitors and my previous home's buyers solicitors for information and progress when I was struggling to get a hold of them, putting more work into the sale of my home than the actual estate agents contracted to do so! I decided upon using Newton Fallowell due to their large presence in Newark, and thought they would be well placed to advertise my house to a broad audience. On the initial visit to the house for valuation, they were not pushy and left it up to me to make decisions, which I liked. The sale of the property ending up taking longer than expected, and I was always reassured when I phoned up and spoke to Rick and had my queries answered. It was helpful to have that contact liaising between myself and the buyer, who knew what the situation was on both sides and could communicate to me.
