On the initial visit to the house for valuation, they were not pushy and left it up to me to make decisions, which I liked. The sale of the property ending up taking longer than expected, and I was always reassured when I phoned up and spoke to Rick and had my queries answered. It was helpful to have that contact liaising between myself and the buyer, who knew what the situation was on both sides and could communicate to me.
