After trying a couple of other local estate agents results were very disappointing so decided to give Newton Fallowell a go. Should have gone there first as after just 2 weeks I accepted offers on two properties we had with them due no doubt to their pro active approach, sadly lacking with the other agents we tried who seemed to just wait for the phone to ring. Friendly staff who kept me updated with progress and made sure everything kept moving as quickly as possible,nothing too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Newton Fallowell to anyone looking to sell their property.
