The service provided was eventually of a decent standard but only after numerous proactive chases by myself and threats to withdraw from the purchase. This caused unnecessary stress and delays.
Promised updates were not always given and I would not recommend this agent as a result.

Thank you for the review, I've reviewed the copious sale progression notes (it was a difficult transaction I agree, period property, conservation area etc) I just wanted to say It's very difficult to keep all parties 100% happy on every transaction (The Vendor is the client which is our primary objective, but we also take a responsibility to buyers to help where we can which I feel we did regarding the survey issues. Towards the end of the transaction both sides solicitors had a disagreement over a policy that they didn't include us in, but we did step in to find the resolution when it was brought to our attention. It was a stressful time for you and I do appreciate that, but overall I do think Rick my office manager did all he could, when he could and had he not been involved it may never of resolved itself.
