Really impressed with them at the start he made me feel at ease and understanding and was very helpful throughout covid I was really impressed how they made me feel safe when showing potential buyers around and the strick rules. The only downside was towards the end when it was getting stressful especially when I was told my seller wanted to walk away from us as buyers through no fault of our own due to complications with my buyer it felt as if we weren't important anymore and that my buyer had the reins. Communications were difficult towards the end and had to go through my lawyer instead. I still wish them the best of luck
