We have always been tenants through martin and co and have always found them fantastic and very accommodating. All maintenance works have been carried out in a timely manner and primarily we have been looked after by lucy who deals with any issues we have. Lucy is a credit to the branch and always liases with us and the landlord in a kind, professional, efficient and punctual manner. An example...our cooker broke on Wednesday and by Friday she had spoken with the landlord and a new cooker was delivered. A great asset to the team. 😁
