SCAMMERS!!! Switched my energy supplier without permission, sent emails at 2am in the morning with my bank details on a direct debit mandate from Rebel energy. How did they get hold of my bank details if not through fraudulent means. Ofgem needs to stop all your activities, before you cause more people distress.
Called them to sort couple of things out, got the feeling person “helping” me really didn’t want to work, was very rude.
How can another company take information that your banking details and share it with a different company like rebel energy and then try and scam you out of money? At least rebel energy was actually listening to me and help me and actually removed my direct debit before payment went out and actually emailed me this information unlike this company setting up pass over my information and the bank details to set up a direct debit in the first place. This company is terrible and obviously doing fraudulent activity sharing peoples banking information
Fraudulently somehow got my details bank details name address email and tried to switch my energy supplier to rebel after reading reviews seems they do this another I have never even heard of your company or rebel energy luckily my supplier has put a stop to it
I was using Ittria for two years and I am very dissapointed .... I highly recommend anyone thinking of using it to manage their bills on their own.. you will get much quicker support when talking to the utility companies directly and I was left with an outstanding payment on every single one of the services I was using.
Refuse to delete my data. All emails bounce back. I have reported them to ICO.

Simply waste of money and time! It is not unfair saying that after having our offer accepted, with no avail we waited 6 months NOT for an ordinary element of the management pack to come back on time to allow us to exchange contracts; …
