Although the whole process was stressful and sometimes difficult, Rupert made the whole experience seamless with great communication, and regular updates, especially as were a part of a big chain. He was always chasing the top end trying to move the process along, and was always on hand to answer any questions we had. We also had the pleasure of speaking to Chris when Rupert was off.
