SUPERB SERVICE
Stuart Baker and his team at the New Malden branch of Curchods provided an excellent service in the sale,of my home. They were professional, responsive, always available at the end of the phone line and I felt confident in their handling of my sale. Having marketed the property on my behalf, they soon found a suitable purchaser. Throughout the process, Stuart has maintained contact with me by regular phone calls - which is so reassuring and calming in what can be a stressful time. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Stuart and his team - they do an excellent job. Thank you.

Excellent, professional service.
We have been delighted with the service we received at Curchods New Malden whilst selling our house. We had previously had a very negative experience with another group of estate agents whilst buying/selling. Therefore we were considering marketing our property ourselves this time, using an online service to avoid agent fees - I'm so glad we didn't go down that route! Our agent negotiated a better deal than we could of ourselves and assisted with many more unforeseen negotiations along the way to completion. Smoothing out issues as they arose. The initial valuation was very accurate and their service was friendly and professional at all times.

Excellent, attentive & friendly customer service
We have recently purchased a property through Curchods in New Malden and I cannot highly recommend them enough. Lizzy, went out of her way to assist us with our purchase at every step and I truly believe she made a huge difference to ease this stressful process. House sale

We bought our house originally through Curchods so we are delighted to have now sold through them. The service has been first class from the moment we first contacted them about selling our property through to exchange. Chris gave an honest valuation and clearly knows the local market well. The property was put on the market extremely quickly and the details looked excellent. Purchase of 27 Landseer Road
I am extremely please with the negotiator that was involved in the sale of said property. She was professional, knew all the details and went above and beyond her job in order for this sale to go through. I suggest that management reward her with a big bonus at the end of the year, she deserves it.
