Do not rent from here!!! They are liars and only care about money! They tried to take money from our deposit for various reasons I told them I contacted citizens advice and magically they were no longer going to take any money from us! The landlord was apparently selling the property hence we had to move and then all of a sudden 4 days after we leave it’s up for rent again!! Absolutely disgraceful treatment! We have two young children and have been made homeless because of how little these people care!! Avoid at all costs!

Useless! Rented from Crown for 6yrs and they were rubbish when any repairs needed doing or getting in touch with the landlord for me. I requested things to be done numerous times and they would either ignore it or send someone out to bodge it to save money. The only thing they were quick at was contacting about rent or putting the rent up. Avoid renting from them!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! We rented from crown house for 4 years, from start to finish the lack of professionalism was ridiculous. At the end of the tenancy they tried to rip us off by withholding over £1000 of our deposit after we spent days cleaning/painting and carpet cleaning, after a lengthy appeal to the tda (independent adjudicator) we were given our money back, disgusting behaviour

Absolutely to say I viewed a property Saturday afternoon at Lyster road Fordingbridge and said I would take it for my son.was told to ring the office Monday morning first thing and was told they have already let the property totally waste of my time they should of said Saturday so beware if you say yes to a property make sure it’s not let before...

Told them we had bad credit and would like to use a guarantor to which they replied would be no problem, then they charged us £200 to do a reference check only to come back and tell us that they cannot help because of bad credit!! These estate agents make their own rules
