We found a property on right move and the day after enquiring, crown house lettings phoned us straight back. They were hands down the best letting agents we have ever dealt with in 14 years of renting. Great service, very fast and efficient in sorting out paper work and getting us into the property, every issue reported was dealt with immediately and we couldn't ask for a better letting agents. Everything was perfect from start to finish.

I found a property on Rightmove towards the end of April which I inquired about, and I had the pleasure of Zoe's assistance. During this pandemic we have all been aware that every type of business has been affected, but because of Zoe's fantastic professionalism, communication, efficiency and responsiveness, it was obvious to me she was still working as hard as ever during lock-down. Last month I was able to safely view the property because it was vacant and I viewed it twice with the landlord present. The landlord was great and answered all of my questions after I viewed the property, because whilst I viewed it, he waited outside to allow both of us to comply with social distancing measures. After paying the holding deposit and my referencing checks were completed and approved, my circumstances unfortunately changed and I was no longer able to continue to proceed with the tenancy. Both Zoe and the landlord were fully understanding and very kind about my change of circumstances. Although I was unable to continue with the tenancy, I have no doubt I will be contacting Zoe and the agency again in the future. During these strange times she communicated superbly, the landlord accommodated safely, both persons were lovely, and I had confidence that if any issues were to arise or any questions needed answering, they would not be ignored and instead answered and/or dealt with quickly. Thank you Zoe! =)

Average for coffee or dates, but pretty solid for any estate agent needs. Took my date here and although the staff were really polite, offering us a choice of several different hot drinks (which were free, making the date very economical!) my date got a bit bored because there wasn't much to do. Also I think she was a bit worried because she said first dates aren't really the appropriate time to be discussing buying a house together. Please like if you found this review helpful!
