Having used various estate agents in the past i have to say Starkings and Watson was and are by far the best estate agent in Norwich. Being a single parent and female I was nervous trying to find a property for me and my 2 children. I had a tick box of things I needed from a house that I could call home, but also a budget. I lost count how many houses I viewed, and now on 1st name terms with Stephen, he was always the person who showed me round! Stephen was always helpful, kind, caring, honest, professional and passionate about helping me find a home! Having recently now purchased a house through Starkings and Watson I have to say the process was made incredibly easy, with weekly updates of progress. Nothing was ever a to much to ask or a problem if you needed to contact them. Stephen and Claire were my 2 main points of contact. They were both incredibly helpful, the level of professionalism was without a doubt impeccable. I was made me feel at ease throughout the whole purchase. If you want A class professional but also a caring “family” estate agent Starlings and Watson are the people you need.
