From start to finish the selling process took only seven weeks, and considering we lost two weeks to the Christmas and New Year's celebrations, it was a remarkably speedy transaction. My wife Yuki and I live not too far away from the Starkings and Watson offices in Costessey, and were able to meet Samuel Patrick, who impressed us with his honesty, drive and commitment...we had planned to visit at least two other agents before finalising our choice, but we more or less knew straight away that we had made the right selection and on leaving his office, felt no need to go to any other agent. David did the valuation and his knowledge of the housing market and in particular the Costessey area, was invaluable at arriving at the right price to market the house. Shannon and Amy combined the viewings and were polite, courteous and hard-working at all times. Melissa took on the task of communicating with us after the buyers were found and we found her to be on the ball and imparting updates either by e-mail or phone on a regular basis until the completion was formalised. Many people had told us that selling a house was one of the most stressful episodes of their lives, and I can fully understand how this can be so, but for us it was quite a seamless process from start to finish.
